Salary: £40,000 OTE + Company Car
ICS specialise in providing accountancy and administrative services to professional contractors.
We require a Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing Sales Team.
You will be responsible for closing new business opportunities and account management. This opportunity is within our indirect business channel, so we are interested in speaking to candidates with business to customer and business to business sales experience.(You will need to build strong relationships with recruitment agencies and clients directly).
A proven track record of success in sales is essential.
The Role – Senior Business Development Manager
- Build excellent relationships with recruitment agency clients in London and the South East
- Deliver sales targets for new agency partners and ultimately new contractors
- Get added to clients' Preferred Supplier List (PSL) so we become their first choice for referrals
- Retain your clients through outstanding account management
- Conduct face to face and telephone meetings to promote the company services
- Based from home and located conveniently to cover one of the above patches, you will be reimbursed for all agreed business expenses
Skills and attributes:
- Proven track record of success in business to business sales AND business to customer sales.
- Energy, drive, resilience and enthusiasm
- Preferably a sound understanding of the recruitment industry (desirable but not essential)
- Self-motivated and proactive in your approach to sales
- Strong presentation and influencing skills
- Ability to work on your own across a sales patch with limited supervision
