ICS specialise in providing accountancy and administrative services to professional contractors. The Company is situated in Lancaster and has easy access to J34 of the M6 Motorway.
We require a Payroll Administrator to join our growing administration team.
The Payroll Administrator will provide an effective and efficient payroll service to Contractors ensuring accurate and timely payments.
The ideal candidate MUST have payroll experience to be considered for this position. Knowledge of the MERIT Payroll System would be an advantage but not essential as training can be provided
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring Clients timesheets are received and checked.
- Monitor Expense claims and process
- Ensure Invoices are raised on behalf of the Contractor and forwarded to the Agencies to tight deadlines.
- Monitoring Bank Accounts and identifying monies received.
- Complete and own payroll processing cycle for client.
- Communicate payment details to the client.
- Control reconciliation process for customers accounts
- Respond to requests, queries and complaints.
Other requirements are:
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work as part of a team liaising with other areas of the business to meet and enhance payroll delivery
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
- Demonstrate an ambition to progress in the Company.
